Heal and Inspire

How much do you take the time to focus on your healing? Healing requires effort, time and making peace with the past. Healing can be anything from meditation to journalling, laughing to relaxing. Sometimes, we can spend so much time rushing around we forget to take care of ourselves. When we take a few moments out daily to heal ourselves, we inspire and motivate the inner child to step into their most fun, exciting times, taking new leaps of faith and adventures.

Inspiring yourself is about following your passions, allowing yourself to dream and aligning yourself with what makes you feel good. How can we do this? Start by allowing yourself to see what drives you, what makes you feel full of joy and what is it that creates a sense of peace within you?

Could it be laughing more, trying things that are a bit out of the norm, or allowing yourself to feel into your emotions? Be patient with yourself as you are you with the younger version of you always present. What does your inner child need? What was it that used to spark joy in them when you were younger? All these reflective moments will help you to move forwards with ease and experience fufilment.

Inspiration comes from a place of creativity and positively influences such as being relaxed, out in nature or around people and things that make you feel good. Where do you find your inspiraton? What do you do when you feel uninspired?

Are you doing enough to light up your soul? Here are some ideas:

  • Walking
  • Journalling
  • Trying new things
  • Listening to podcasts
  • Nostalgic Music
  • Inner child activities
  • Positive memories
  • Positive affirmations
  • Dancing
  • Playing

Allow yourself on a daily basis to focus on your breath. Allow yourself to relax and surrender. Give yourself permission to feel safe by taking time to de-stress and float away with the present moment. Allow the energy of balance to create harmony in the moment. To get inspired, its important to understand why we want the inspiration and what inspires us. If you are unsure, take a few moments to sit in stillness and think back to the last time you were inspired.

Give yourself the time to heal, the time to have fun and the time to get into a regular, consistent pattern of bringing peace into your life and see how your life changes for the better. The more you experience gratitude, the more you can feel inspired by life and can see how loved and supported you are.
