Coaching is an empowering way of unlocking a person’s potential to maximise their performance in all areas of their lives – personal, business, financially and emotionally, through guidance and learning.

How it can help


These are the things I can help and guide you on – all coaching however is tailored to you needs, which can include EFT and NLP techniques.


  • Emotional wellbeing – looking at areas of stress, anxiety, frustration, mood changes
  • Mental clarity – looking at confidence issues, challenges, gaining new perspectives, working through past issues and traumas.
  • Building a positive future – looking at setting goals, focusing on habits, thoughts and behaviours that don’t serve you and rebuilding yourself into a new way of being.

4 week coaching programmes available:

£65 for a 1 hour session
£60 per session if booked as part of the 4-week coaching programme (£240 in total instead of £260)

3 Month Coaching Programme


90 minute sessions monthly for 3 months (Wellness session of your choice and transformational coaching including EFT (emotional freedom tapping) and NLP- (neuro linguistic programming)


In the sessions we heal the past, trauma, emotional and physical as well as spiritual blocks and challenges using techniques such as mindfulness, Reiki, crystal healing, chakra balancing, breathwork and meditation tools.


Session 1 – Getting to the root cause of the challenges you are facing- mentally, physically and emotionally and healing it through a holistic session and coaching.


Wellness home work- Letting go exercises, emotional wellbeing worksheet and tools to practice self-care/self-love. Includes takeaways such as ’30 days to wellbeing journal prompts’ to work through. Each month the home study varies depending on your needs


Session 2 – Follow up and working through all challenges in more detail using EFT and NLP. Includes a holistic wellness session and reprogramming the mind (mindsets and beliefs)


Wellness home work- Journalling and gratitude as well as embedding a wellness tools and techniques


Session 3 – Looking at setting goals for the future and putting together a wellness plan to follow after the coaching has ended and a holistic wellness session as well as an overview and feedback


Wellness home work- Positive thinking, visualisation and releasing work


Throughout the programme, you get 1:1 help from me via whatsapp and a pre recorded grounding meditation.
