Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation as well as healing your energy field and removing emotional blockages, easing physical and emotional pain and healing you spiritually. It is a ‘no touch’ treatment using the palms of the healer’s hands. Reiki is based on the idea that an unseen ‘life force energy’ speeds up the individual’s natural healing process.
If your energy or chakras are out of balance, this can cause stress, feeling unwell and emotional, mental and physical strain. If we are in balance we are likely to feel happier, more balanced and fulfilled in all areas of our life. A treatment feels like a wonderful, glowing radiance that glows through you and around you, helping you to feel lighter for weeks. Many have reported miraculous results.
There are 7 main energy centres in the body known as ‘chakras’. Each chakra is like a spinning wheel which draws in anything energetically that is encounters. Our 7 main chakras (Crown, Third Eye, Throat, Heart, Solar Plexus, Sacral and Root) are connected to our emotional, physical, mental and spiritual levels. Chakra healing through a Reiki experience will help bring you back into alignment and balance.

Tarot readings are a tool to provide spiritual guidance on your past, present and future. The reading itself will focus on all areas of your life and can answer any questions you may have. The readings entail the use of the cards, a pendulum to give you ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answers to any questions and mediumship (connecting to your loved ones in spirit to guide you).
Justine has over 20 years of experience working with spirits and the divine and has exceptional gifts that can help positively guide you forwards. Justine regularly does platform mediumship at churches, events and parties.
