Self Belief and Gratitude

Self belief is where the magic happens. This is where the story begins and where a new chapter can be written for aligning our energy and bringing in the outcomes we seek. On a day to day basis, its essential to bring in gratitude and appreciation for all that is around us and for what we currently have thats so wonderful in our present moment.

To believe in yourself is the greatest gift you can give yourself. Our belief system can be distorted from conditioning and programming which can alter the way we see things and therefore changing our belief system to a one way of thinking rather than seeing the whole picture. Self belief is all about having self confidence and positive self esteem. Believing you will be successful will ultimately bring in opportunities that get you there. The energy we send out through our thoughts and emotions is what returns to us in our reality.

Learning to believe in yourself starts young. It starts when we are forming our beliefs patterns around the age of 7. This is when we start to form habits and behaviours that are based on consistency. Pay attention to your thoughts and feelings on a day to day basis. Are they positive? What is triggering you? Are you taking enough time for you? The less we work on ourselves, the less we can believe in ourselves.

Positive affirmations, meditation, relaxation, self-love practices (doing what you love as much as you can) and GRATITUDE will help you feel more aligned, positive and in the right energy. The key to success in any area of your life is believing. The magic happens when you truly believe you are worthy of everything you want and understanding what it is that brings you the joy you seek.

Gratitude is about being grateful no matter what challenge you are facing. Seeing the positive in everything that happens around you rather than being pulled into negativity. This practice increases the impact of the things you are grateful for being absorbed into the mind, therefore changing your mindset quicker and aligning your energy.

Really believing in yourself starts with YOU. It starts with you paying attention to your mind and emotions. Where is there friction? Do you really believe you are worthy? if not, why not? In order to change our self belief from negative to positive, we need to understand where the negative aspects have rooted from. Self-belief and gratitude go hand in hand- remember when you wanted what you have now? Being grateful and believing in yourself will allow you to succeed no matter what. Both carry an energy of positvity and both are connected to having faith and trust that all will work out for your highest good.
