The Power of Love

The power of love is not only a force we can feel but its an energy that when we really bathe in it, we feel a sense of harmony, peace and calm. Love can really overcome fear, worry and negativity. It can sometimes be a challenge to feel it in times of disruption and chaos, but the key is to return to love in your heart by remembering what you are grateful for.

The power of love is not visible but can transform you in a moment and offer you more joy than anything materialistic. Come back to the power of love as it will always bring you happiness and can over rule any emotion of distress. As with the law of attraction, what we give out can only return to us. The energy you put out will be mirrored back to you. We have the ability to love unconditionally, it can be down to what we have learnt that can steer us into thinking otherwise.

When we are afraid, we pull back from life and when we are in an energy of love, we open up with passion, excitement and acceptance. We need to love ourselves to fully be open to loving others. The power of love overrules the love of power and this is when we really experience peace.

The energy of love will really bring you into a space of seeing the positives and getting yourself into a strong energy of faith and trust. We have to trust that our needs will be met in order to manifest it. When we visualise and positively affirm what we want, we attract it easily. The love frequency is what we need to do this and all we need to do is release the negative energy through meditation and prayer, then do something to get us into a positive energy by thinking of something or someone that you love.

When we are grateful for what we have, we feel love on such a higher level, its hard to feel negativity in this space. How often do you allow yourself to feel loved? How much time do you take for you? its important to know these things and be self-aware so you can heal and always feel the energy of love. Most often, it is needing to feel supported that helps us to feel love. So how can you support your own emotional needs and what can you do to feel loved?

Love is all around us, at all times, in all places. We just have to look for the positives and find love in all that we do.
